After several upgrades to the dramatic interior of the contemporary Northland home, it was time to bring the exterior amenities up to date. Poolehaus designed the layout revisions to the overall site, as well designing and detailing the entertainment amenities. The completed project now provides a strong visual and spatial connection between the renovated interior and exterior of the home, and results in a dynamic place for the homeowner to host his frequent social gatherings.
