Clients purchased a pristine one-owner ‘50s ranch and asked us to help bring it into the 21st century. The living room, dining room, kitchen and family room were gutted and “functionally reassigned” to better fit a modern, casual family lifestyle. Doors were eliminated, as well as a few walls, in order to make the space more dynamic for the clients’ frequent social gatherings. Materials and colors infused modern character, and the clients’ art collection further enhanced that spirit.

The final result was both dynamic and refined, updating a solid set of bones with a reordered and refreshed skin.

Client Comments:

“Bill was great to work with. I had strong ideas on the overall concept. Bill listened to us, and then worked collaboratively during the process to impart his expertise and ideas. He helped make our dream space a reality. Bill was always professional, and he went out of his way to make sure that the details were considered and not lost in translation.”
