Suburban Renewal

Barely gasping along on life support, this mistreated and malnourished Mission Hills ranch needed everything. Location was its saving grace, and we took on bringing her back to life with the team at Prairie Design Build. We provided the vision and PDB added in a healthy dose of energy efficiency with triple pane windows and a very well insulated and sealed building envelope. Now it’s a happy, healthy home for a growing family who had the wisdom and patience to awaken its potential.
